ACQP Training Centre and Exam Registration

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ACQP Training Centre and Exam Registration website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. About ACQP Training Centre

The ACQP Training Centre provides educational content, training programs, and examination registration services related to ACQP courses and certifications. Successful completion of training does not automatically guarantee certification unless all examination and eligibility requirements are met.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Some courses or exams may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be stated separately.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Training Programs

Course content is provided for educational purposes only.
Access to training materials may be time-limited or restricted based on enrollment type.
All training materials remain the intellectual property of ACQP or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, record, or resell training materials without written permission.

5. Exam Registration and Certification

Exam registration is subject to availability, eligibility, and payment confirmation.
Exam dates, formats, and rules are determined by ACQP and may change with notice.
Certification is awarded only upon meeting all required criteria, including passing scores and compliance with exam rules.

Any form of cheating, impersonation, or misconduct will result in disqualification and possible permanent bans.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Your ID must be Verified (£1) by using a Payment card in your name

All fees are listed in the applicable currency and must be paid in full before access or registration is confirmed.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy.
ACQP reserves the right to change pricing at any time for future registrations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Do not use the exam portal for someone else
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, videos, logos, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to ACQP and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to you except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted under these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Termination

ACQP may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in misconduct
Provide false or misleading information

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
ACQP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACQP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

ACQP may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
